Using the platform

Notes Baba is built, owned and managed by Aaryan Goswami. You must provide accurate account information, keep your access secure and use the service lawfully. If you are a minor, use the service with appropriate parent or guardian consent.

Do not share accounts, bypass access controls, disrupt the platform, misuse AI tools or infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend access for serious misuse, security threats or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law.

Content and access

Unless expressly authorised, Notes Baba content, notes and PDFs may not be copied, extracted, printed, captured, resold or redistributed. Your purchase provides limited access for personal study, not ownership of the materials. Content availability and features may evolve; existing paid access is handled under our Subscription and Pricing Policy.

Services and third parties

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be independently checked. External sites and payment providers, including Razorpay, operate under their own terms. We do not control their independent systems or data practices. We aim for reliable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, Notes Baba is not liable for indirect losses arising from use or unavailability of the service. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful submissions or misuse, to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of India; contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Changes

We may update these terms and will publish an updated effective date. Material changes apply prospectively where required by law. Continued use after notice means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
