Final digital access
Once access to digital notes, PDFs, tools or a subscription begins, an order generally cannot be cancelled. Stopping use or closing an account does not by itself reverse a completed purchase.
Mandatory exceptions
We will honour cancellation or corrective remedies required by applicable law and review verified duplicate or failed-payment cases. Contact us promptly with the relevant transaction reference. If recurring billing is offered, its cancellation controls and effective date will be disclosed at checkout; cancelling future renewals does not cancel an already-started paid period.
