Submitting work
Students and customers may propose original notes or PDFs for Notes Baba to buy. Submitting material for review does not itself transfer ownership or grant Notes Baba unlimited use. Contributors must have the rights needed to offer their work and must not submit infringing material.
Signed agreement and payment
Rights transfer or a licence begins only after a separate written agreement is signed and the agreed payment has been received by the contributor. The exact assignment or licence, permitted platforms, duration, reuse rights and any attribution or limitations are governed by that agreement.
Where the signed agreement grants broad reuse rights after payment, Notes Baba may use the materials across the platforms and purposes specified there without asking again. A contributor cannot later claim such authorised uses are theft solely because Notes Baba exercised those agreed rights; non-waivable legal rights and claims for uses beyond the agreement remain unaffected.
