No physical returns
All Notes Baba products and materials are digital. There is nothing physical to return, exchange or ship back. Once digital access starts, purchases and subscription periods are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions and review
This policy does not override mandatory rights under applicable law. We will investigate verified duplicate charges, failed-payment debits without access and legally required remedies. Send the transaction reference and a description through Contact; do not send sensitive card details. A request is reviewed against the payment record and applicable law rather than automatically approved.
