Information we handle
We may process your account details, including name, email, phone number, date of birth, exam preferences and profile information you provide. We also process enquiries, AI prompts and responses, learning activity, device and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
Payment-related details and transaction status may be shared with us by our payment provider. We do not ask you to submit card details through our contact form.
Why we use it
We use information to create and maintain accounts, provide notes and learning tools, personalise learning using your name and preferences, manage subscriptions, respond to enquiries, detect misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not promise that all information remains only within Notes Baba: providers necessary to deliver the service may process it under their own terms.
Payments and other providers
Razorpay is an independent third-party payment gateway. Its payment and data practices are governed by its own policies and systems, which Notes Baba does not control. Storage, rights and contact
We take reasonable security measures but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as necessary for service, legal and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate. You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible information by contacting us; legal retention requirements may apply.
