6. Ownership Transfer (Critical Clause)

When a user sells content to Notes Baba:

  • Full ownership rights are transferred to Notes Baba

    • Cannot request deletion
    • Cannot resell or distribute the content

⚠️ Resale Restriction:

  • Selling the same content elsewhere requires prior written permission
  • Notes Baba may require a revenue share from such sales

7. Payments & Earnings

  • Payments for purchased content are final and non-refundable (unless stated otherwise)
  • Sellers are paid based on:
    • Content quality
    • Relevance
    • Platform evaluation

Payments are made via:

  • UPI
  • Razorpay or supported methods

Notes Baba reserves the right to:

  • Adjust pricing
  • Withhold payments in case of disputes

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All platform-owned content belongs to Notes Baba
  • Users retain ownership only until content is sold
  • Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited

9. Copyright & DMCA Compliance

Users must not upload:

  • Copyrighted content without permission
  • Pirated or leaked materials
  • Coaching institute content without authorization

⚠️ Liability:

  • The uploader is solely responsible for violations
  • Notes Baba is not liable for user-uploaded content

We comply with copyright laws and may remove content upon valid complaints.

10. Penalties & Legal Action

If a user:

  • Uploads unauthorized or illegal content
  • Violates ownership rules
  • Engages in fraud or misuse

Then Notes Baba may:

  • Suspend or terminate the account
  • Remove content
  • Impose penalties up to ₹10,00,000 (10 Lakhs INR)
  • Take legal action

11. AI Tools Disclaimer

Notes Baba may provide AI-powered study tools:

  • Results are for informational purposes only
  • Accuracy is not guaranteed
  • Users should verify outputs independently

12. Third-Party Services & Ads

  • We may use third-party services (e.g., ads, analytics)
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or policies

Users should review external policies separately.

13. Limitation of Liability
