Frequently asked questions
Everything about showcasing notes on Notes Baba.
Is Notes Baba free?
Yes — completely. There are no plans, no subscriptions and no paid features, for Notes Makers or readers.
Do I get paid or rewarded for my notes?
No. Notes Baba is a showcase, not a marketplace. Nothing is bought or sold and there are no rewards — you share your notes to help other students and to build your Notes Maker profile.
Who owns my notes?
You do. The free Notes Showcase Agreement only lets Notes Baba display them. You can make them members-only, edit or delete them any time.
What does AI Baba check?
AI Baba reads every page and checks that the notes are your own, readable, useful, on the subject you entered, safe, and free of watermarks, coaching branding and links. You get the result with tips in a minute or two.
Do I need an account?
You can read public notes without one. To read members-only notes or to submit your own, sign in or register with your e-mail — no password needed.
What is a Notes Maker profile?
A public page created automatically when AI Baba accepts your first notes. It shows your name, the Notes Maker badge, your number of notes and the list “Notes by [your name]” — a link you can share with anyone.
What is the difference between Public and Logged-in only?
Public notes can be opened by anyone. Logged-in only notes stay listed, but only signed-in Notes Baba users can open the PDF. You can switch at any time from your dashboard — no new AI check needed.
Why do edits need a new AI Baba check?
So that every version of every note on Notes Baba meets the same rules. Changing visibility, the download button or deleting notes is instant.
Someone uploaded my notes. What can I do?
Use the Report button on the notes or the Notes Maker profile and choose “These are MY notes”, or write to us from the Contact Us page with proof. The team reviews every report.
How do I get the Top Contributor or Verified Notes Maker badge?
Automatically! Once 8 of your notes are accepted by AI Baba and published you get “Top Contributor”. At 25 accepted notes it is replaced by “Verified Notes Maker”.
What happens if someone uploads stolen notes?
Notes with watermarks, logos, links or other people’s work are rejected. Stolen notes lead to a block (90 days by default) on the seller’s e-mail, phone, UPI ID and account, and possible legal action.
Why is the Submit Notes page locked?
Notes Baba can pause the Submit Notes form at any time. Your notes stay online, and every member gets an e-mail as soon as the form reopens.
Can I reply to Notes Baba e-mails?
Our e-mails come from notifynb@nbmail.in, a no-reply address that cannot receive mail. To contact us, write to our official address notesbaba.in@gmail.com or use the Contact Us page.
