1. Ownership

The notes, summaries, categories, design and software of Notes Baba are owned by or licensed to The Gliders Nest (Sole Proprietorship), operating as Notes Baba and are protected by copyright and other laws.

2. What you may do

Read notes in the viewer for your own personal study, and download notes only where a Download button is shown, for your own personal study.

3. What you must not do

• Copy, re-upload, share, sell, rent, publish or distribute notes (or Premium access) — in groups, channels, websites, apps, drives or anywhere else.
• Get around the viewer's protection, remove watermarks, take systematic screenshots or recordings, or use bots / scripts / scrapers.
• Use notes for coaching material, books or any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Breaking these rules leads to an immediate ban, a block on your e-mail / mobile / network, and may lead to legal action.

4. Takedown requests

If you believe a note on Notes Baba uses your copyrighted work without permission, write to notesbaba.in@gmail.com (or report the note — "Copyright — this is my work") with: your name and contact details, the link to the note, proof that you own the work (for example the original file, publication or registration), and a statement that the information is true. We review every request, usually within 3 working days, and remove or restrict the note when the claim is valid.
