1. No physical goods

Notes Baba sells only a digital service (Premium access to PDF notes on notesbaba.in). Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.

2. Delivery

Premium is delivered instantly and online: as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, Premium for the exams you bought is activated on your account and their Premium notes open in the in-site PDF viewer. Your read-only bill appears in Dashboard → Subscription & payments, and a confirmation e-mail with the same bill (as text — no PDF attachment) is sent from notifynb@nbmail.in.

3. Delays

Very rarely a confirmation can take a few minutes. If Premium is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, tell us through the Contact Us page (/contact-us/) with your bill number or Razorpay payment ID and we will fix it or refund you (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

4. Access period

Each exam's Premium stays active until the end date shown in your Dashboard. Notes are delivered for reading in the viewer; downloads are available only to Premium members, and only for notes where the team switched the download button on.
