1. Digital service
Premium is a digital service that starts immediately after payment. Because Premium notes become available at once, payments are generally non-refundable once Premium has started.
2. When we refund
- Charged but no Premium: if money left your account but Premium was not activated within 24 hours, tell us — we activate it or refund the full amount.
- Charged twice: duplicate payments for the same purchase are refunded in full.
- Technical problem on our side: if Premium notes could not be opened because of a fault on Notes Baba for most of your paid period, we offer extra days or a proportionate refund.
- Within 48 hours, unused: if you bought by mistake and have not opened any Premium note of the exams you bought, you can ask for a refund within 48 hours of payment.
- Wrong exam: if you bought the wrong exam and have not opened any of its Premium notes, we can move the purchase to the right exam within 48 hours.
3. When we don't refund
Change of mind after using Premium; not liking the content of a note you opened; Premium ended because of account sharing, fraud, a ban, or deletion of the account (by you, or by the team because of incomplete or incorrect details); the part of an order paid with a coupon; or requests made after the period ended.
4. How to ask
Use the Contact Us page (/contact-us/) — choose "Premium & payments" — while signed in with your account, and give the bill number and the reason. Replies to our e-mails are not read, so please do not reply to a payment e-mail. We answer within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 working days (bank timelines may vary). Premium for the refunded exams ends when the refund is made.
5. Cancellation
There is no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel — Premium simply ends on its end date. A payment you start but do not finish is cancelled automatically after 5 minutes without activity, and nothing is charged. If a failed payment is debited, the bank / Razorpay reverses it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.
