1. FREE and Premium
FREE — for everyone, no payment: all Public and Logged-in notes, AI summaries and the PDF viewer. Premium — sold per exam: every note marked Premium in the exams you buy, PDF downloads where the team allows them, and priority support.
2. Prices
- Per exam: ₹99 per month for each of UPSC, CLAT, UGC NET, JEE, NEET, School or College, and ₹49 per month for Current Affairs (the team may set a different price for a particular exam; the Plans page always shows the current price).
- All Exams Pack: ₹599 per month — every exam including Current Affairs. If you choose 6 or more exams, your order is switched to the All Exams Pack.
- Durations and discounts: 1 month (no discount), 3 months (1% off), 6 months (2% off), 9 months (3% off), 12 months (4% off). The discount is applied to the whole order.
- Coupons: the team may release coupon codes. One coupon per payment, and each coupon only once per account. A 100% coupon activates Premium without payment.
- Prices include any GST shown at checkout. The total, every exam, every discount and the start and end dates are shown before you pay.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Premium is a one-time payment for a fixed period — there is no automatic renewal and nothing is charged again unless you buy again. Only one payment can be open per account at a time: if a payment sees no activity for 5 minutes it is cancelled automatically and you can start a new one.
4. Start, renewal and stacking
Premium starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. Each exam (and the All Exams Pack) has its own end date: if you buy the same exam again while it is running, the new months are added to its end date. A month means 30 days. We e-mail you 3 days before an exam's Premium ends and again when it has ended. After it ends those Premium notes lock again; nothing is deleted.
5. Bills
Every payment has a bill number (for example NB-2026-000123). We do not issue PDF invoices: your bill opens as a read-only bill on the website (Dashboard → Subscription & payments) and the same bill — with the price breakup, discounts and the Premium start and end dates — is included as text in the payment e-mail.
6. Gifts and offline payments
The Notes Baba Team may gift Premium for an exam or the All Exams Pack, or record an offline payment. These appear in your subscription history like any other Premium period.
7. Badges and VIP
Members with Premium get the NB Premium User badge. Members who have bought 90 or more days of Premium in total (one long plan or regular renewals; gifts and 100% coupons do not count) get the NB VIP badge, and their reports, feedback and Contact Us messages are answered first.
8. Personal use and fair use
Premium is for one person, and only one device can be signed in at a time. Sharing the account, sign-in codes or Premium notes, or using bots or scripts to collect notes, ends Premium without refund and can lead to a ban.
9. Changes to prices and notes
We may change prices, discounts and durations for future purchases (never for a period you already paid for). The library changes over time: notes can be added, updated, moved or removed, and the team may change whether a note is Public, Logged-in or Premium.
10. Account deletion
If you delete your account, or it is deleted because of incomplete or incorrect details or a ban, any remaining Premium time ends and is not refunded (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
