1. Our only sending address

Notes Baba sends e-mails ONLY from notifynb@nbmail.in, and its ONLY official contact address is notesbaba.in@gmail.com. This is a no-reply address: it can send e-mails but cannot receive them, so replies to it are not read.

2. E-mails we send

• One-time sign-in codes and account-deletion codes.
• Welcome e-mail after you create your account.
• "Your notes are live" with a copy of your signed Notes Showcase Agreement, and the same after an edit.
• "Your Notes Maker profile is live" when your profile is created.
• Moderation notices (for example notes hidden or deleted by the team, profile restricted).
• Acknowledgements of messages sent through the Contact Us page.

3. How to reach us

Our official contact e-mail address is notesbaba.in@gmail.com. Because notifynb@nbmail.in cannot receive mail, please write to notesbaba.in@gmail.com or use the Contact Us page (/contact-us/). Replies from the Notes Baba Team to your messages are also sent from notifynb@nbmail.in.

4. Stay safe

Notes Baba never asks for your sign-in code, password, bank, card or UPI details by e-mail, phone or message, and never asks for payment — Notes Baba is free. E-mails claiming to be from Notes Baba from any address other than notifynb@nbmail.in (sending) or notesbaba.in@gmail.com (contact) are not from us. Do not click their links; report them through the Contact Us page. To the extent permitted by law, Notes Baba is not responsible for loss caused by messages from addresses other than notifynb@nbmail.in.
