Notes Selling & Ownership Transfer Policy – Notes Baba

Welcome to Notes Baba (notesbaba.in). This policy governs the terms under which users can sell their notes and study materials to Notes Baba (notesbaba.in). By submitting and selling content to Notes Baba, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all users who:

  • Upload and sell notes or study materials to Notes Baba
  • Receive payment in exchange for their content
  • Transfer ownership rights of their content to Notes Baba

2. Content Submission Requirements

Users may submit:

  • Study Notes (PDF only)
  • Question Papers / PYQs
  • Test Series
  • Educational Materials

📌 Mandatory Conditions:

  • Content must be in PDF format only
  • Content must be clear, readable, and of high quality
  • Content must be original or legally owned by the uploader

3. Evaluation & Pricing

Notes Baba reserves the right to:

  • Review submitted content
  • Evaluate based on:
    • Quality
    • Accuracy
    • Relevance
    • Demand
  • Decide the final payout amount at its sole discretion

Submission does not guarantee acceptance or payment.

4. Payment Terms

If content is approved:

  • Payment will be made via:
    • UPI
    • Razorpay or supported methods
  • Payment will be processed within a defined period (e.g., 7–15 working days)
  • Once payment is completed, the transaction is final and non-reversible

5. Full Ownership Transfer

Upon successful payment:

  • The content becomes the exclusive property of Notes Baba
  • Notes Baba receives full rights, including:
    • Use
    • Distribution
    • Modification
    • Sale
    • Licensing

🚫 User Restrictions After Sale:

The seller cannot:

  • Claim ownership of the content
  • Request deletion of the content
  • Resell the same content elsewhere
  • Distribute it independently
  • Use it for commercial purposes

6. Resale Restrictions & Revenue Sharing

After selling content to Notes Baba:

  • The user cannot sell or distribute the same content on:
    • Any website
    • Any app
    • Any coaching institute

⚠️ Exception:

If the user wishes to resell the content elsewhere:

  • Prior written permission from Notes Baba is mandatory
  • Notes Baba may:
    • Deny permission.
    • OR require a revenue share percentage from such sales.

7. Waiver of Rights

After selling content to Notes Baba, the user:

  • Waives all ownership rights
  • Cannot file legal claims regarding:
    • Ownership
    • Usage
    • Distribution
    • Monetization
    • Sale

The content will be treated as fully owned by Notes Baba.

8. Copyright & Legal Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • The content is original OR
  • The user has full legal rights to sell it to Notes Baba.

🚫 Strict Rule:

If a user sells:

  • Copyrighted materials
  • Coaching institute materials without permission
  • Pirated or unauthorized content

Then:

  • Notes Baba will NOT be held responsible
  • The user will bear 100% legal liability

9. Legal Liability & Penalty

In case of any legal dispute or complaint:

  • The uploader will be held solely responsible
  • Notes Baba will have no liability or involvement

💰 Penalty Clause:

If a user violates this policy:

  • Notes Baba reserves the right to impose a penalty of up to
    ₹10,00,000 (10 Lakhs INR).
  • Legal action may be taken as per applicable laws.

10. Fraud & Misrepresentation

Users must not:

  • Submit stolen or copied content
  • Provide false ownership claims
  • Attempt to deceive the platform

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Legal action
  • Permanent ban

11. Content Removal Rights

Notes Baba reserves the right to:

  • Remove or modify content at any time
  • Take action without prior notice

12. Agreement Acceptance

By selling content to Notes Baba, the user:

  • Confirms that they have read and understood this policy
  • Agrees to all terms and conditions
  • Accepts full legal responsibility for submitted content

13. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time.
Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
