Since these are digital products delivered electronically, they cannot be returned once access has been granted.


2. Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital products generally cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully completed and access has been provided.


Subscription Plans

You may cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time through your account settings (where available) or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation of a subscription prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the active subscription period, unless your account is suspended or terminated in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

As Notes Baba delivers digital educational content and online services, all sales are generally final, and payments are non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:

  • Your subscription has been activated.
  • Access to premium content has been granted.
  • A digital download has been made available.
  • AI credits or usage have been added to your account.
  • An AI-powered service has been used.
  • A test series or premium resource has been accessed.

4. Exceptional Refund Cases

A refund may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional situations, including:

  • Duplicate payments for the same order.
  • Payment successfully completed but the purchased service was never activated due to a verified technical issue on our side.
  • An incorrect amount was charged because of a system error.
  • Other circumstances where a refund is required under applicable law.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.


5. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Accidental purchases made by the user.
  • Lack of usage after purchase.

  • AI-generated responses not matching personal preferences.

  • Failure to read product descriptions before purchasing.
  • Expired subscriptions or unused subscription periods.

6. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails, no charges should normally be applied.

If your bank account is debited but your order is not activated, please contact us with:

  • Transaction ID
  • Order ID (if available)
  • Payment Date
  • Registered Email Address

After verification, we will work with the payment gateway to resolve the issue.


7. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical or payment gateway error, please notify us promptly.

Verified duplicate payments will be processed for refund or adjustment, as appropriate.


8. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway, and may vary.


9. Fraudulent Refund Requests

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or made in bad faith.

Accounts involved in payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of our services may be suspended or permanently terminated.


10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

  • Your access to paid services may be temporarily suspended while the dispute is under review.
  • We may provide relevant transaction records to the payment provider to respond to the dispute.
  • Proven fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
